I, Suman Sharma, developed the No Contact Tracker app (“the App”) as a tool to help individuals navigate the emotional and practical challenges of a breakup and maintain the no-contact rule.

I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of my users. This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled and protected when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Commitment to Privacy: We Collect No Personal Data

The No Contact Tracker app is designed with a Privacy-First approach.

I confirm that I do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal or sensitive information entered into the App by the user. This includes:

  • Emotional Logs (Daily Log, Progress Charts)
  • Journal Entries, Unsent Letters, Ick List content
  • Setup Wizard details (relationship duration, age, etc.)
  • No Contact Status and Streak History

All data related to your recovery journey, including your personal reflections and calculated timelines, is stored locally on your device using secure, encrypted storage solutions. This data is not transferred to my servers or any third-party analytics services.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Data Storage: All user-generated content (Daily Logs, Journal, Ick List, Freedom Date tracking, etc.) is stored exclusively on your mobile device. The data never leaves your device unless you actively use the Data Export/Import feature to create a manual backup.
  • Data Security: I use secure, encrypted storage solutions native to your device to protect your locally stored data (e.g., Secure Storage).

4. Third-Party Data Collection (Subscriptions and Purchases)

While I do not collect your personal data, the App relies on third-party services for essential functions, primarily handling payments and subscription management.

A. RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

  • Purpose of Collection: The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, verify purchase status, track in-app purchases (Premium Membership), and restore purchases across devices. This is necessary to unlock and manage Premium Features.
  • Data Collected by RevenueCat: RevenueCat processes data required to manage your subscription, which typically includes: a non-identifiable user ID (linked only to the purchase platform/device), your subscription status, purchase history, and device identifiers required for purchase validation (e.g., Vendor ID).
  • Personal Information: RevenueCat does not share your name, email, or exact payment details (like credit card numbers) with me. These are handled directly by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.

B. App Store / Google Play (Payment Processing)

  • Data Handled: All payment and billing information is processed directly by Apple (through the App Store) or Google (through Google Play). I do not have access to your payment credentials.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since I do not collect any personal data from any users, this policy remains consistent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided me with information, they should contact me.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of the policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
